Members who have not yet done so are kindly requested to pay their membership fee by January 31, 2025.

Why join us

  • Complimentary registration to the SIRP Annual Conference.
  • Active participation in the Conference program and in webinars/workshops or other SIRP initiatives, with opportunities to present original research or participate by invitation.
  • Direct involvement in shaping SIRP strategies and leadership through membership in the Members' Assembly and voting rights in SIRP Elections.

Membership Categories

 

  1. Founding Members: The original signatories of the Society's founding document, established in Rome on October 10, 2007. They are the very foundation of our Association.
  2. Ordinary Members: Recognized experts (physicians, pediatricians or holders of other relevant degrees) in the field of pediatric research, with a documented record of scientific research in pediatrics, both basic and applied. They are the driving force behind our scientific progress, significantly contributing to our knowledge of child health and well-being.
  3. Junior Members: Promising young researchers (under 35 years old) who are the future of our scientific community, with a documented commitment to pediatric research. Upon reaching the age of 35, Junior Members may apply to become Ordinary Members, subject to approval by the Executive Council
  4. Junior Affiliate Members: Pediatric and child neuropsychiatry residents, building a strong foundation for their careers. They are exempt from membership fees.
  5. Corresponding Members: Italian or international researchers from other scientific societies who maintain fruitful collaborations with our Association, enriching our network of experts.
  6. Honorary Members: Distinguished national or international figures in the field of pediatric research, recognized for their exceptional contributions.
  7. Supporting Members: Active supporters of our mission who, while not meeting the above requirements, share our values and help us achieve our goals.
